Brain Injury Association donates helmets to my neighbors

Kate Kershaw, Program Development Coordinator for Brain Injury Association of Kansas and Greater Kansas City, http://www.biaks.org/ ,  donates four helmets to my neighbors, the Duffy's. The kids ages 5, 7, 8 and 9 months have brand new bicycle helmets.
